Working with the techniques of strengths-based, positive psychology, we can use a personalized mix of body-oriented and brain-based approaches (like discovering what happens in your body and brain when you get anxious and learning how to do something else instead). In some cases, we could also include EMDR, Guided Visualization and/or Hypnotherapy.

The fee for a 50-minute one-on-one appointment is $130, and other formats are calculated based on this fee.
